Trasher 12 Is Finally Updated!

Trasher was created to assist Windows Pro Tools users in a variety of functions. To speed up the process of deleting Dae and Pro Tools prefs, along with the databases for purposes of troubleshooting were the original. More features have been added over time to help with or speed up other processes. Functions like opening Plugin Folders to move plugins or backing up Plugin Settings to move to other computers and drives, as well as backing up and restoring other functions which are common place procedures.

Pro Tools 12.5.2 Update Released

Today Avid released Pro Tools 12.5.2 - An update release that's somewhat minimal for most users but a good sign that even small changes can roll out oficially and are not held back by quantity of fixes.
Updates will be available by the Avid Application manager or your Avid master account download area.

Pro Tools 12.4 Including “Track Freeze” Announced

Yes that's right after many years of requests its finally on its way!
Track Freeze in Pto Tools 12.4 was announced today and Avid put up a blog post here to release the news along with this video below to showcase it in action.

Check out Track Freeze in action in this Pro Tools 12.4 Quick Tips video. These improvements ultimately enable audio professionals to work more efficiently and easily create and deal with bigger DSP and VI laden tracks, perhaps track a last minute vocal part late in the mixing process and or collaborating with others who may not have the same plug-ins.
