We first reported on the news of an "overhaul" to the Avid.com website back in early February and today it appears to have gone live, It looks to have taken on a more modern mobile friendly "responsive" design to scale with any sized screen whether mobile desktop or anything else with a touchscreen friendly menu bar down the left-hand side.
I'm sure what most people who have some experience with the site's previous incarnation will be asking is whether the search function is working better than before and if you can very easily find those details and technical documents you may be looking for.
We'll let you be the judge of that !
We also see they have taken to opportunity to mark the front page with news of the Cloud Collaboration feature of Pro Tools to be released on March 31st 2016
